  • Chocolate frozen yoghurt
This recipe from Chocolate & Zucchini was absolutely perfect – I made it with 0% fat greek yoghurt, icing sugar, a tablespoon of rum and Lindt 70% dark chocolate. The entire bowl was demolished in one sitting. mk364ygxp8
  • Buttermilk squash soup
I got the idea to use buttermilk in a soup from 101 Cookbooks – I usually add a bit of ordinary milk in soups like leek and potato, but here I used a splash of buttermilk to enrich a soup of yellow summer squashes with potato, shallot and thyme and it was delicious.
  • Caper vinaigrette
A lovely fresh dressing that I used on roasted broccoli hot from the oven to accompany grilled tuna. The tuna was just so-so, but I’ll definitely be using this vinaigrette again, maybe on asparagus or new potatoes.
