Cookbooks I’ve loved and learned from. I’m not a great believer in ebooks in the kitchen – cooking from my favourite recipes wouldn’t be the same if I didn’t have to prise them apart and read through the streaks of flour.
Another Ottolenghi fritter, this time with sweet potato and served with a herby, yoghurty sauce to convince the most entrenched coriander-hater.
I think this is the best book to get started with bread baking. Inspires confidence and fun.
